Shipping Times & Rates

*Currently we are able to accept online orders to shipping internationally. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, get in touch with us at service@kokolu.com to receive information on shipping options and rates.

*Orders placed before 4:00PM EST Monday through Thursday will be delivered on the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 4:00PM EST will be delivered Sunday.   

*To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please contact Customer Service at service@kokolu.com

Order & Shipping

Order Process

  • Once your order is placed, please allow about 1-3 business days for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage, after your order has been processed.
  • This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared/manufactured, and readied for shipment
  • You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order.
  • Some orders cannot be shipped or delivered on weekends/holidays nor can they be shipped to a PO Box.

About Order Tracking

You can track your order on your account page or Use Order Track with order number and Email.

Once your order is fully processed and your card has been authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been successfully charged.

Shipping Information

KOKOLU ships to all 50 states of the United States (except for two: Alaska and Hawaii), Japan , Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand. We do not provide express shipping outside of these 14 regions at the moment.

Standard Shipping: Free (Worldwide) 7-14 Business days

Express Shipping: 15 USD (Worldwide) 3-5 Business days

KOKOLU is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, KOKOLU is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays.

*Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.
